Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential HVAC Service technicians.
Oversee daily service schedules to ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to company standards.
Review and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve team performance, quality, and efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and support to installation crews on complex jobs.
Collaborate with the sales, dispatch, warehouse, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct ride-alongs, performance evaluations, and regular coaching sessions to support employee growth.
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Assist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new HVAC service team members as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 (two) years of residential HVAC service leadership experience and 5 (five) years of residential HVAC service technician experience.
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, service procedures, and industry best practices.
ServiceTitan experience is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a background check.
