Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems accurately and efficiently.
Perform comprehensive system inspections to identify safety, performance, and efficiency issues.
Educate customers on findings and present clear, honest options for repair or replacement.
Recommend value-added solutions such as indoor air quality products (humidifiers, UV lights, etc.) when appropriate.
Provide an exceptional customer experience and build trust with homeowners.
Document all work performed, recommendations, and job details in ServiceTitan.
Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and follow company procedures
Participate in on-call rotation and work extended hours as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum fur (4)+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
EPA certification required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (pre-employment and random)
Trade school certificate with 2+ years experience OR 5+ years of field experience as a residential service technician.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Experience using ServiceTitan is highly preferred.
Ability to clearly communicate with customers and confidently present solutions in an ethical, customer-focused manner.
Willingness to obtain NATE certification.
Must have necessary hand tools, gauges, and meters (Freon recovery equipment provided)
