Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform comprehensive system inspections to identify safety, performance, and efficiency issues.
  • Educate customers on findings and present clear, honest options for repair or replacement.
  • Recommend value-added solutions such as indoor air quality products (humidifiers, UV lights, etc.) when appropriate.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience and build trust with homeowners.
  • Document all work performed, recommendations, and job details in ServiceTitan.
  • Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and follow company procedures
  • Participate in on-call rotation and work extended hours as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum fur (4)+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
  • EPA certification required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (pre-employment and random)
  • Trade school certificate with 2+ years experience OR 5+ years of field experience as a residential service technician.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience using ServiceTitan is highly preferred.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with customers and confidently present solutions in an ethical, customer-focused manner.
  • Willingness to obtain NATE certification.
  • Must have necessary hand tools, gauges, and meters (Freon recovery equipment provided)
