Candidates who meet the minimum requirements of the role will start at entry in the range. Any additional skills, experience and education will be reflected in the compensation offered.   Main Duties & Responsibilities Maintains and prepares exam rooms, ensuring they are cleaned, sterilized, and stocked appropriately to provide excellent patient experience Assists with scheduling appointments for general follow ups, testing, and procedures as instructed Provides discharge summary requirements and next steps Helps with sensitive exam requirements Ensures all faxing and printing documents are complete Performs related job duties as necessary. The work schedule for this role is aligned with Erie's hours of operations. QualificationsEducation Required: High School diploma or equivalent required.   Preferred: Associate degree or two (2) years of college a plus.     Experience: Preferred: Six (6) months of related experience in a healthcare or customer service role. On the job training will be provided for individuals without prior healthcare experience     Skills and Knowledge Required: Basic computer skills. Customer service skills. Ability to work independently. Cultural competency to work with a diverse patient population.   Preferred: Bilingual fluency to assist or work with non-English speaking patients and/or guests. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office a plus.
