REHABILITATION SERVICES ASSOCIATE (RSA) – Greenwood Care – Evanston, Illinois - $19.50 per hour

Greenwood Care, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF), in Evanston, IL, has Immediate Openings for Rehabilitation Services Associates (RSAs) to join our team. Psychiatric Facility Experience Preferred.

$19.50 per hour!

Positions Available:

FT AM, 7a-3p - Must work every other weekend

Rehabilitation Services Associates (RSAs) work in conjunction with an interdisciplinary team, offering recovery and rehabilitation support and services to those who live in the facility.

Responsibilities of the Rehabilitation Services Associate (RSA):

• Collaborate with consumer and treatment team in facilitating therapeutic treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic care plans and activities in a compassionate and caring manner
• Recognize, note, and inform treatment team when a consumer is not at their baseline of symptoms and behaviors
• Assist clinical treatment team as assigned
• Help check in all newly admitted consumers and readmissions, as well as assist in the transfer of consumers to different rooms
• Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA

Requirements

of the Rehabilitation Services Associate:

• 21 years of age or older
• High School diploma or GED
• Experience in a psych facility highly preferred
• CNA Certification helpful but not required
• Basic Computer Skills
• Service mindset of compassion, tolerance, and understanding of adults with psychiatric disorders
