  • Hours: Monday-Friday, standard business hours, onsite

Position Summary:

The Applications Analyst I will be responsible for managing and supporting users for new research applications that have been added, as well as both other existing applications and new applications that are approved projects.

What you will do:

  • Provides application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project

  • Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications

  • Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications

  • Analyzes requirements, and maintains, tests and integrates application components

  • Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented

  • Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines.  Has limited discretion to vary from established procedures

  • Develops and maintains effective working relations with users, vendors, and other department personnel.

What you will need:

  • Education: Associate degree with 3 months previous experience in IT or relevant user experience, or

  • Experience: Minimum of two years of relevant IT experience or relevant user experience

  • Unique or Preferred Skills: Requires basic skills in an analytical or scientific method or operational process. Familiarity with research applications such as Huron Research Suite, Wellspring Sophia, and PatientIQ, and ability to multitask and provide interpersonal, customer service, and capability to work across multi-disciplinary teams is preferred.
