Join the Atlas Logistics Team as a Pricing Analyst!

We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our logistics team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing complex client accounts, overseeing project execution, and serving as a trusted partner to customers, agents, and internal teams.

 

The ideal candidate brings a strong operational mindset, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to balance customer satisfaction with business performance. You'll play a critical role in driving account profitability, resolving challenges, and continuously improving service delivery across your portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations, profitability, and budgeting of assigned accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Coordinate with agents, warehouses, internal departments, and support teams to ensure efficient and successful project execution.
  • Provide accurate pricing, quotes, and service recommendations to customers and prospects.
  • Negotiate rates and pricing with customers and service providers to achieve profitable outcomes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of required documentation and account-related communications.
  • Resolve customer disputes, claims, and service issues quickly and professionally.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support and mentor less experienced Account Managers by sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Develop and implement process improvements that enhance account management and service delivery.

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 5-8 years of experience in account management, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve problems, disputes, and customer service challenges effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency with logistics management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on operational performance and profitability.
  • A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience developing and implementing process improvements is a plus.
