Job Description
Recruit and hire candidates for a variety of manufacturing and administrative roles, conducting interviews and candidate communications in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Source applicants through job boards, community partnerships, referrals, and outreach efforts.
- Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with supervisors to understand staffing needs.
- Manage the full hiring process from application to offer, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Support new hires through onboarding steps, paperwork, and orientation coordination.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with translating HR documents, communications, and training materials as needed.
- Provide a positive, professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Contribute to workforce development initiatives and help strengthen the talent pipeline.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- 1–3 years of recruiting, HR, or related experience; manufacturing or high-volume hiring experience preferred.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for recruiting.
This is a contract-to-hire position with a long-term opportunity and room to grow as the company itself is rapidly growing. The role requires local travel for recruiting and involves working in a fast-paced environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Evansville, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
