CNC Machine Operator B

NC MACHINE OPERATOR B – 1st SHIFT

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 DOE 
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 3pm-1:30am
Overtime: As needed on Fridays or Saturdays 

REQUIRED – READ FIRST

• High school diploma or GED

• At least 1 year CNC machine operating experience

• Manufacturing or foundry experience required

• Troubleshooting experience preferred

Role Summary

Set up and operate NC/CNC machines to cut, shape, and form metal parts while meeting quality, safety, and production standards in a manufacturing/foundry environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and tear down CNC machines

• Read and follow blueprints and work instructions

• Perform basic CNC troubleshooting and adjustments

• Measure parts accurately (metric to inch conversions)

• Use hand tools and measuring equipment

• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy

• Stand and walk throughout shift

Skills & Requirements

• Experience with CNC drilling, milling, or grinding

• Strong math skills for measurements and conversions

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Ability to work independently and follow safety standards
