Commercial Lender (Equipment Rental)

Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is currently seeking a Commercial Lender (Equipment Rental) to join the commercial lending team in Evansville, IN. This candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Previous commercial lending experience is not required but preferred - prior credit analyst/underwriting skills are preferred. If interested, please proceed by clicking Apply.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Originate incoming equipment rental loan requests
• Manage an assigned portfolio of equipment rental lending relationships  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing borrowers and key referral contacts
• Obtain required financial statements, tax returns, personal financial statements on existing portfolio
• Ability to screen incoming loan requests for credit worthiness
• Manage assigned delinquency and past-due loan lists
• Ensure that sound lending procedures are followed. Act in compliance with the Commercial Banking Group loan policy at all times
