Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and executive communications. Coordinate leadership meetings, organizational events, and special projects. Prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up. Maintain confidential information with the highest level of discretion. Monitor executive communications and respond or route inquiries as directed. Develop briefing materials, talking points, and presentations for meetings and public engagements. Track organizational priorities, key performance indicators, and major deadlines. Coordinate executive signatures, contract routing, and approval processes. Three to five years of progressively responsible administrative or executive support experience. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, project management, and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy and professionalism. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Strong interpersonal, customer service, and stakeholder relationship skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
