Join Koch Finishing Systems as a Production Team Member – Thermal & Acoustic Panel Assembly at our Evansville, IN facility. We're hiring immediately for full-time, day shift positions (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM). Training provided, but previous experience is a plus!

What You'll Do:
- Assemble and package panels & doors
- Install windows into panels
- Operate saws, forklifts, and overhead cranes (training provided)
- Follow sketches and drawings to complete work
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift
- Ability to work safely around moving equipment, machinery, and material handling operations in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Experience:
- Using basic hand tools and saws
- Reading a tape measure accurately
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
