Schedule: Day shift | Full-time | 8am-5pm flex schedule | Preferably Sunday - Thursday w/ rotating holidays.

How you'll make an impact in this role

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans that address mobility limitations, pain management, and functional recovery goals.
Perform thorough initial and ongoing assessments to track progress and adjust care plans to support safe, efficient recovery.
Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that restore strength, balance, and independence across acute and post-surgical populations.
Engage patients and families in the rehabilitation process to build confidence, encourage participation, and promote successful discharge outcomes.
Lead and mentor physical therapy assistants, students, and support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care aligned with best practices.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Florida Board of Physical Therapy Practice prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
