How you'll make an impact in this role

• Lead the delivery of high-quality bedside care by implementing and adapting personalized care plans that prioritize patient safety and recovery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless, holistic care experience where every specialist is aligned with the patient’s goals.
• Monitor and interpret patient conditions in real-time, acting as the critical link between the patient and the medical team to ensure timely interventions.
• Advocate for patients and their families by managing the discharge planning process, ensuring a safe and confident transition from hospital to home.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.  American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
•  Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
