Job Description
Purpose: This roleĀ supportsĀ the Closures, Bottles, and SpecialtiesĀ ProductĀ Marketing teamĀ withinĀ CPNA.Ā Ā Primary responsibilities include online and in-store market research including product trends and competitive intelligence,Ā acquiringĀ relevant product samples, and preparing/presenting summary presentations of findings.Ā Ā This role willĀ interface withĀ marketing, product line, sales, and Blue Clover.Ā

ResponsibilitiesĀ
Conduct research related to potential āwhite spaceā product and market opportunitiesĀ with the goal ofĀ identifyingĀ fast-growing segments and new opportunities for Berry productsĀ
Organize, map, and analyze customer needsĀ
Present findings to key stakeholders and make recommendationsĀ forĀ targetingĀ new markets, products, and customersĀ
AssistĀ with the creation of sales trainings and customer-facing presentations as neededĀ
Refresh theĀ physical samples in the customer-facing display (Usability Lab)Ā
Grow a professional LinkedIn following andĀ assistĀ with creating and sharingĀ Berry product-related social media postsĀ
Assembly and distribution of new product sample kitsĀ
Support trade show preparationĀ
Ā
QualificationsĀ
Pursuing a degree in marketing, business administration, or related fieldĀ
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsĀ
Strong organizational skills and proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneouslyĀ
Ability to work independently with little supervisionĀ
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointĀ
Video creation and editing experience is a plusĀ
