How you’ll make an impact in this role
Evaluate and optimize medication orders to identify and resolve potential drug-related risks before they reach the patient.
Direct the accurate compounding and dispensing of medications to ensure every patient receives the precise treatment their recovery requires.
Lead clinical consultations with physicians and nursing staff to provide evidence-based drug information and recommend the most effective therapy alternatives.
Mentor pharmacy technicians and students, providing the oversight and education necessary to maintain a high-performing, safety-focused pharmacy team.
Counsel patients on their medication journeys, empowering them with the knowledge to manage their health effectively and safely after discharge.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Pharmacist credentialed from the Indiana Board Of Pharmacy obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
