We are seeking a results-driven Regional Account Executive – Services to drive service revenue growth in the Portland and Seattle markets.
This role focuses on:
- Net-new business development
- Selling preventive maintenance agreements
- Expanding service footprint within existing accounts
- Driving recurring revenue growth in mission-critical power environments
This is a revenue-producing, field-based role designed to generate measurable pipeline and bookings within the first 90 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactivelyidentifyand pursue net-new service sales opportunities within the Portland& Seattledata center and critical infrastructure markets.
- Develop and expand relationships with facilities managers, operations leaders, and engineering teams.
- Sell maintenance agreements, system upgrades, battery replacements, and value-added service solutions.
- Identifywhite-space opportunities within existing accounts and convert reactive service work into recurring agreements.
- Develop a target account list of 25–30 Portland-area facilities and execute a territory penetration plan.
- Generatequalifiedpipeline within 60–90 daysof hire.
- Prepare and present proposals, scopes of work, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
- MaintainaccurateCRM reporting andparticipatein structured deal reviews.
- RepresentZavtekprofessionally in client meetings and industry settings.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in electrical services, critical power, or industrial equipment.
- Proven experience generatingnet-newbusiness.
- Experience selling recurring service agreements.
- Knowledge of UPS systems, battery systems, switchgear, or related electrical infrastructure.
- Strong communicationand negotiation skills.
- Proficiencywith Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 40%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with data centers or mission-critical facilities.
- Familiarity with OEM ecosystems (ABB, Mitsubishi, Eaton, Schneider, Vertiv).
- Field service exposure within the critical power industry.
