Training + Onboarding
We don't believe in the "sink or swim" approach.
New clinicians receive:
- Strong integration and onboarding
- 1:1 training for documentation and treatments
- Customized clinical training based on your experience

What You'll Do:
- As the COTA, you'll treat a geriatric population in a SNF setting, including:
- Functional ADL retraining and adaptive strategies
- Transfer training (all levels)
- Fall prevention and safety training
- Treatment of clinically complex patients
- Collaboration with the OT for care planning
- Collaboration with nursing, PT, ST, and facility staff

Requirements:
- Current Washington COTA license in good standing
- Degree from an accredited OTA program
- Organized, self-starter who enjoys the geriatric population
- SNF experience preferred - but not required.
