Restoration Project Manager (Residential Division)

$72,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Performance Bonus

What You’ll Do 

• Respond to residential water, fire, mold, and storm damage losses and reconstruction projects. 

• Meet with homeowners and insurance professionals 

• Inspect losses and develop scopes of work 

• Secure restoration contracts and guide customers through the restoration process 

• Build and maintain referral relationships with adjusters, plumbers, property managers, and other industry partners 

• Generate new business opportunities through networking and relationship development 

• Work closely with operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience 

What We’re Looking For 

• 2+ years of restoration, construction, mitigation, or related industry experience 

• IICRC WTR Certification 

• IICRC ASD Certification 

• IICRC FRST Certification 

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills 

• Self-motivated and highly organized 

• Competitive mindset with a strong desire to succeed 

• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results 

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record 

• Xactimate experience preferred
