[Job Description]
A fast-growing and exciting revolutionary company located in Everett, WA, is currently hiring for an Executive Assistant who will support the current CEO. This is a unique position where the EA is required to be very technical, including being proficient with Excel, having experience optimizing/streamlining processes through AI, and being knowledgeable with Python (big plus for consideration). Although this role will support the CEO, it is expected that this individual will be open and flexible to support other leaders. In addition, it is expected in this role to be open to mirror the CEO's schedule and availability, meaning there may be some non-business hour support and/or minor weekend support.
Pay - $35/hr. - $40/hr. (Depending on relevant technical skills, tenure, etc.)
Location - Everett, WA (100% Onsite)
Schedule - Monday - Friday Standard Morning Shift; however, it is expected in this role to be open to mirror the CEO's schedule and availability, meaning there may be some non-business hour support and/or minor weekend support.
Contract Duration - 6-Month Contract-To-Hire
[Responsibilities]
- Support with calendar management and scheduling.
- Support with general and technical administrative duties.
- Write external communications for the CEO.
- Support with process improvement, process efficiency, and operational structure.
- Support with domestic/international travel and expense management.
[Qualification Requirements]
- 1-3+ years of Executive Assistant experience.
- Strong technical skills (strong Excel, experience with AI, Python, etc.).
- Scrappy, resourceful, and hands-on.
- Flexibility and open-mindedness to support other duties and tasks ("no task is beneath me" mindset).
- Calm, professional, and composed under pressure.
- Ability and comfort level to push back on leadership as appropriate.
- Available to support the CEO's schedule, which may sometimes be in the evenings and/or weekends.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
