Is this your typical grooming salon?
- Hot. Humid. Loud. → counting the minutes to grab water between grooms
- Phones ringing constantly → head pounding by mid-afternoon
- Large dog booked in a small-dog slot → schedule blown, evening plans cancelled
- You recommend a shave-down → manager overrides you to satisfy the owner
- Schedule packed so tight → no time for a bathroom break
- Working every weekend → missing trips, family events, life
- Text comes in during dinner → tomorrow’s schedule changed
That’s not how we run things.
- Temperature your way → AC, fans, or heater as needed
- Receptionist handles phones → you focus on grooming
- You control your schedule → you decide groom lengths and pacing
- Your professional judgment respected → what’s best for the dog comes first
- Set hours → when your shift ends, you leave
- Your personal time is yours → no after-hours calls or texts
- Weekends free → time for friends, family, and life
