Independence Rehab is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team at Bethany at Silver Lake in Everett.

In this role, you'll help older adults regain mobility, independence, and confidence following illness, injury, or hospitalization. Many of the patients you'll work with are navigating major life transitions-your clinical expertise will help them safely return to daily activities and improve their overall quality of life.

What the Role Looks Like

As a Physical Therapist on our rehab team, you'll work with a medically complex geriatric population in a collaborative skilled nursing environment. Each day brings new challenges and meaningful opportunities to support patient progress.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting evaluations and creating individualized treatment plans
• Helping patients regain safe mobility, balance, and strength
• Guiding residents through key recovery milestones such as transfers and walking
• Implementing therapeutic exercise and functional training programs
• Supervising and partnering with Physical Therapist Assistants
• Modifying treatment approaches based on patient progress
• Coordinating care with OT, speech therapy, nursing, and facility staff
• Supporting safe discharge planning and return-to-home goals

Qualifications
