Independence Rehab is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist for Bethany at Silver Lake in Everett, WA.

What You'll Do
As the PT, you'll treat a geriatric population in a SNF setting, including:
- Functional mobility and gait training
- Transfer training (all levels)
- Fall prevention and safety training
- Treatment of clinically complex patients
- Discharge planning and care coordination
- Supervision of a PTA (as needed)
- Collaboration with nursing, OT, ST, and facility staff

Requirements
- Current PT license in good standing (Washington or another state), with the ability/willingness to obtain a Washington PT license
- Degree from an accredited PT program
- Organized, self-starter who enjoys the geriatric population
- Ability to supervise a PTA
- SNF experience preferred - but not required
