Procurement Agent

Company:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Procurement Agent (Level 3 or 4)to join the North America and Europe team based in Everett, WA.

We are looking for qualified candidates with a strong supply chain background who are ready to manage suppliers worldwide. As a Procurement Agent, you will oversee complex work packages in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this role, you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver world-class products that support our airline customers and the flying public.

Position Responsibilities:

• Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies

• Executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements

• Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.

• Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance

• Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

• 3-5 years of experience in the deployment and administration of policies, procedures, and processes 

• 3-5 years of experience interacting with customers (both internal and external), at all levels, on a one-on-one basis and in group settings 

• Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed (less than 10% may be required) 

• 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

• 5-7 years managing supplier quality and delivery performance 

• 5-7 years of experience working in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range:

(Level 3) $99,500 - $117,000

(Level 4) $125,300 - $146,250
