We are looking for qualified candidates with a supply chain background who are ready to manage suppliers throughout the world. As an Operations Procurement Agent, you will manage complex work packages in a fast paced and multifaceted environment.

Our teams are currently hiring an Associate (Level 2) or Mid-Level (Level 3) Procurement Agent.
Position Responsibilities:
- Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
- Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.
- Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
- Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- 2+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
- 2+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives
- Domestic and international travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
- Level 3: 5+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
- 5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office products
- 5+ years of experience with ERP systems such as ERPLN and/or SAP
