  • Develop and maintain a production readiness roadmap; track progress against rate-readiness milestones including tooling, fixturing, supplier qualification, process documentation, and workforce capacity.
  • Define, collect, and maintain key manufacturing metrics, and prepare reports and dashboards for internal leadership and shareholder audiences.
  • Maintain BOMs, routings, item master, and work orders in the ERP system; ensure data integrity across manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.
  • Partner with supply chain on material availability, lead times, and expediting of critical-path items; support make-vs-buy evaluations based on cost, capacity, and capability.
  • Lead efforts to formalize manufacturing processes, work instructions, and control plans in preparation for rate production; capture lessons learned from prototype builds and translate them into updated planning assumptions and process improvements.
  • Manage production documentation - travelers, build records, and shipping documents - with version control and lot traceability consistent with AS9100 requirements; coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipping execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and their applications in production control.

 Preferred Qualifications:
