Schedule: Day shift Pay Range: RN $45-$55 DOE We are looking for RNs to join our growing Home Health and Hospice team on a per diem basis. The right candidate will have previous experience in Home Health and or Hospice as an RN and have a current state license. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and has the ability to work a flexible schedule. Benefits available: Employee discounts Paid Sick leave Double pay if working on 7 holidays Referral program Perks at Work Responsibilities include: Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of home health patients. Assess patients' conditions Send chart observations and perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review. Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician. Provide effective communication to patients/clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals. QualificationsQualifications Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Batchelor's School of Nursing.
