This role will be responsible for overseeing four supervisor direct reports, and strong working relationships with Perioperative and Interventional leadership, clinical and support staff, and physicians throughout the North Puget Sound. Â This role will work collaboratively with Senior Nursing Director to define, manage, and closely monitor the strategic plan for Sterile Processing. Â Develops, implements, and manages operational budgets for departments.

This position will support both Providence Regional Medical Center - Everett (primary location) and Swedish Edmonds locations (secondary location).Â
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Business or Healthcare related field or equivalent education/experience.
- National Certified Registered Central Service Technician - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association upon hire or
- National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution upon hire or
- National Certified Instrument Specialist - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association upon hire or
- National Certified Surgical Instrument Specialist - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution upon hire
- National Certified Healthcare Leader - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association within 1 year of hire
- National Management in Sterile Processing - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution within 1 year of hire
- 5 years of Supervisory experience, including training and staff development.
- 5 years of Budget with management and analysis.
- 7 years of Work experience in the field of Sterile Processing.
