We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Operations Manager to join our Custody Client Operations team. This role is located in Everett, MA.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Â
- Serve as a primary escalation contact for clients and internal stakeholders on custody-related operational matters.
- Manage escalations and coordinate across operations, technology, risk, and service teams to resolve complex issues.
- Support change initiatives, system enhancements, and operational readiness for new business or product changes.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce risk, and enhance client experience.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Â
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, operations, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in custody operations, securities services, client operations, or financial services operations.
- Strong understanding of custody products, trade lifecycle concepts, settlements, asset servicing, and operational controls.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
