Supply Chain Project Manager
Lead strategic sourcing and supplier initiatives to improve supply chain resilience across aerospace and defense programs. Focus on reducing single-source risk, managing supplier transitions, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive projects to reduce sole-source dependencies and strengthen supply continuity
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks across programs
- Source, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers aligned with quality and regulatory standards (AS9100, ITAR)
- Manage end-to-end supplier transitions, including planning, timelines, and risk mitigation
- Conduct supplier capability and technical assessments
- Analyze cost, lead time, and sourcing data to support decisions
- Develop sourcing strategies across PCB/PCBA, electromechanical, and build-to-print commodities
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Operations
- Track project metrics such as cost, delivery, and supplier performance
- Present updates and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years in supply chain, sourcing, operations, or engineering (aerospace or high-tech preferred)
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Strong supplier management and sourcing expertise
- Knowledge of AS9100, ITAR, and supplier qualification processes
- Experience with PCB/PCBA or electromechanical components
- ERP/MRP system experience (SAP, Infor, etc.)
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $117300.00 - $158700.00/yr.
