Job Developer (Snohomish County)

Job Summary:

What does a job developer do? Get paid to look for work! 

We are looking for a (Part Time) Job Developer in our Employment Services program in the Snohomish County area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve meaningful employment opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in establishing, building, and maintaining partnerships with local businesses with the goal of matching employer needs to suitable client skills and interests. 

Wage: $21.00/hour
Program: #16
Locations: Snohomish County
Shifts: Monday - Friday, may include some evenings based on clients need.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Have a clear criminal history and pass a background check

Licensing and Certifications:

• Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license (paid by SA)
• Current driver license, car, and car insurance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or closely related field or
• 2 years successful experience in report writing or employment plan writing for individuals with barriers to employment 
• Experience helping people with barriers meet their needs
• Sales/Marketing experience
