Alpha Home Health and Hospice is a Medicare 5‑Star rated agency committed to exceptional care, ethical practice, and our Core Values of CAPLICO. We are seeking a Weekend SOC Admissions RN to support our growing Home Health team in Snohomish County!
Compensation
$200 per completed SOC
Up to two SOCs per shift
$100 stipend per shift if no SOC is assigned
No hourly requirement
SOC assignments provided no later than the day prior

Requirements
Current WA RN license
1+ year clinical nursing experience (Home Health preferred)
Current AHA BLS
Strong assessment and independent practice skills
Reliable transportation
Essential Duties
Complete weekend Start‑of‑Care admissions
Perform comprehensive assessments and OASIS documentation
Establish the initial Plan of Care
Educate patients and families
Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
