Sr Engineer Technical Operations

• Design and develop manufacturing processes that align with company strategies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to improve quality, productivity, and cost efficiency using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
• Collaborate with R&D, New Product Introduction, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to drive process improvements.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate documentation of designs, processes, test methods, and data analysis.
• Provide technical support to suppliers and vendors, including site visits and implementation of process improvements.
• Develop proposals and cost estimates for projects and process enhancements.
• Mentor and provide guidance to engineers and project team members.
• Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Process preferred).
• 4–5 years of experience in engineering
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean tools/methodologies.
• Solid project management and business/financial acumen.

• Familiarity with FDA and other regulatory guidelines.
• Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, Ideas).
• Experience with PCB design software (e.g., OrCAD, Altium).
• Strong presentation skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
