- The Training Coordinator supports the planning, organization, and execution of corporate learning programs.
- This role manages training logistics, participant coordination, and communication with trainers and global learning teams.
- Ensures smooth delivery of onsite and virtual training programs while maintaining accurate tracking and administrative processes

Roles & Responsibilities
Â
- Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing training sessions based on client requirements.
- Ensures smooth coordination between trainers, vendors, trainees, and internal teams.
- Supports effective delivery of training programs across multiple locations.
- Analyze client training needs and determine required training sessions per course and site.
- Act as the point of contact for internal trainers and external vendors.
- Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, or cancellation.
- Organize training sessions based on trainee availability and ensure smooth execution.
- Share instructor details with site security when required.
- Communicate training session openings and updates to employees.
- Coordinate with the offsite team for program updates or changes.
- Follow up on attendance and support invoicing processes.
- Ensure adherence to workflow and processes through CRM tools.
- Coordinate with training organizations, master vendors, and offsite teams.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field.
- Experience in training coordination, program management, or administrative roles.
Experience
- 0-2 year of experience
