Elk Run, a Cassia community, located in scenic Evergreen, CO, is hiring a Cooks to join our beautiful, full-service skilled care facility with highly trained professional, caring, and dedicated staff. Your passion for cooking and serving nutritious and appetizing meals will be highly valued by our residents.
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Wage Range: $18.50 to $24.00Â / hour depending on experience
Location:Â 31383 Frost Way, Evergreen, Colorado 80439
Prep Cook/ Server responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
- Prepare and cook all meals to ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards.
- Set up dining rooms and serve meals to residents.
- Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
- Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
- Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Prep Cook/ Server skills and requirements:
- Prior restaurant or healthcare experience preferred, but not required. We'll train you!
- Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills.
