Service Coordinator | Service Manager | Market Manager

Location: El Paso, TX

As we evaluate expanding into the El Paso market, we're interested in connecting with talented professionals who are passionate about customer service, operations, and leadership. Opportunities Include:

Service Coordinator - Salary Range = $41K to $46K

• Coordinate daily service operations and scheduling
• Support customers and field personnel
• Maintain accurate records and ensure exceptional customer service
• Bilingual - English & Spanish (speaking & writing)

Service Manager - Salary Range = $50K to $65K

• Lead service operations and manage team performance
• Coach and develop employees
• Drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction
• Bilingual - English & Spanish (speaking & writing)

Market Manager - Salary Range = $50K to $65K

• Lead overall market operations and business growth
• Build customer relationships and develop new business
• Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing team while managing operational and financial performance

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in service, operations, management, customer service, or leadership
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering results
• Bilingual - English & Spanish Communication 
• CRM - Bullhorn experience (preferred)
• Leadership experience preferred for management-level positions
