This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineer who is eager to build a strong technical foundation while supporting meaningful water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This position offers hands-on experience while developing a clear path toward professional licensure. What You’ll Do Working alongside experienced engineers and designers, you will contribute to a variety of projects that support water and wastewater treatment, pumping, collection, and distribution systems. As part of an engineering team, you will: Apply engineering principles to assist with the planning and design of water and wastewater systems, as well as land development and stormwater design in support of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Support studies and analyses such as needs assessments, capacity evaluations, modeling, and environmental reviews. Assist with the process design for treatment facilities, pumping stations, and collection and distribution systems. Prepare and review drawings, technical specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports. Support construction phase activities including shop drawing reviews, RFIs, site visits, and inspections. Assist with data collection, permitting support, and field activities as required. Follow quality control procedures and ensure compliance with corporate standards and project requirements.
