Revenue Growth Management (RGMx) Integration Lead

About This Opportunity

CTI Staffing is partnering with a well-established consumer goods organization to find a Revenue Growth Management Integration Lead for their enterprise technology team based in Ewing, NJ (hybrid).

This role owns the integration architecture connecting a major revenue growth management platform to trade promotion and data lake systems. You'll define how data moves securely and reliably across the enterprise, working directly with architecture, data engineering, and vendor teams to keep pricing and promotion decisions running on trustworthy data.

What You'll Do

• Own the integration strategy across a revenue growth management platform and its connected ecosystem
  
• Define approved integration patterns for APIs, batch pipelines, events, and file transfers
  
• Review and approve technical integration specifications from vendor partners
  
• Oversee integrations between the core platform, trade promotion systems, and the data lake
  
• Define testing strategy and entry/exit criteria for integration and end-to-end testing
  
• Establish production monitoring, alerting, and incident-management processes
  
• Lead cutover planning, deployment readiness, and hypercare support
  
• Coordinate knowledge transfer to application and data platform support teams
  

Requirements

What You Bring

Must-Have:

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise systems integration, data integration, or solution architecture
  
• Experience leading inbound and outbound integrations for large-scale SaaS implementations
  
• Strong understanding of API architecture and integration design
  
• Experience with data mapping, canonical models, schema design, and interface contracts
  
• Hands-on experience with integration middleware such as SAP CPI or Azure Data Factory
  
• Experience implementing OAuth, SAML, or similar authentication mechanisms
  
• Working knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Databricks or Azure
  
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills
  

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with CPG, Retail, Sales, Trade Promotion, or Revenue Growth Management solutions
  
• Experience with Microsoft SQL DB
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline setup for integrations
  
• Familiarity with Databricks Lakebase
  
• Master data management and data governance experience
  

Technical Environment:

• SAP CPI, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure cloud platform, SQL, OAuth/SAML, CI/CD tooling
