Role and Responsibilities
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Ensure a positive customer service experience and high levels of satisfaction.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Inspect and diagnose equipment brought in for repair.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Wash equipment being repaired.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Consult with product support when necessary.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Look up parts and prepare repair estimates, suggest repairs that may be required soon.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Complete all necessary repairs for assigned work orders.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Ensure parts used are documented.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Test and verify correct operation of all repairs.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Perform preventative maintenance, fabrication, and welding, as assigned.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Perform new equipment PDI鈥檚.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Maintain a clean/safe/organized work area and shop.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Perform any necessary building and grounds maintenance, including clearing snow from the parking lot.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Adhere to all safety protocols.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Complete required online and in-person training.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Mechanical background and welding experience
Construction equipment dealership experience
聽
Preferred Skills
Strong work ethic
High level of integrity
Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
