Part Time Front Desk Receptionist - Afternoons and Weekends

RiverWoods is currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to serve as a welcoming and helpful first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff. Under the direction of the Front Desk Supervisor, the Front Desk Receptionist provides exceptional customer service with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork while supporting the daily needs of the RiverWoods Community.

Location: Exeter, NH (on-site)Schedule: The typical schedule is expected to be Tuesday and Thursday 2pm-7pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am-4pm, however shift times may vary occasionally and be between the hours of 8am – 7pm.

Responsibilities

Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
Answer a multi-line telephone system promptly and courteously.
Communicate effectively with staff and concierge using two-way radios.
Process all incoming and outgoing mail.
Schedule and manage guest room reservations for residents’ family members and guests.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of two years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or secretarial role.
Proficiency with computers, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
New Hampshire Notary Public preferred, but not required.
