Summary: The Workforce Group a LEMOINE company, is seeking compassionate, detail-oriented professionals to serve as hybrid Case Managers for the Georgia Housing Recovery & Rehousing Program (GA HRRP). In this critical role, you will support individuals and families affected by disaster events by assisting with intake, eligibility verification, and placement into temporary or permanent housing. This position plays an essential role in helping communities recover and rebuild with dignity and stability.

Location: Griffin, Georgia

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person intake and eligibility assessments for impacted individuals and households.
  • Support applicants through the housing placement process by collecting documentation and verifying program eligibility.
  • Provide case management services and maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with program guidelines.
  • Collaborate with program leads, site supervisors, and local partners to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Assist with logistical coordination and ensure applicants are informed of next steps.
  • Identify and escalate any concerns or complex cases to program leadership for resolution.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while working in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in social services, human services, emergency management, or a related field is required. Prior experience in case management, disaster response, or housing programs is required.

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Must be able to work independently while contributing to a team-based environment.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
