Pay Rate:  

$25.82/Hour 

 

Category/Shift:  

Hourly Full-Time

1st shift (7am-3pm) 

 

Physical Location: 

Griffin Box (Griffin, GA) 

 

The Job You Will Perform:  

  • Following all safety rules and practices. 

  • Keep an accurate inventory of the finished goods warehouse. 

  • Assist in the entry of shipments in the ship right log book. 

  • Dispatch night drivers. 

  • Direct second and third shift shipping crews. 

  • Keep accurate records of the locations and contents of trailers. 

  • Track the next working day's first pulls, and making changes and adjustments as necessary. 

  • Fill in for the shipping supervisor as needed. 

  • Track forklift and clamp truck inspections. 

  • Maintain clear communication with supervisors, operators, and maintenance personnel. 

  • Demonstrate flexibility to work off-shifts or additional hours as needed. 

  • Applicants must be willing to work alternate shifts, weekends, and daily overtime as required. 

 

The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:   

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operator or Assistant.  

  • Strong computer skills; familiarity with plant systems (Kiwi, QMS, CWR preferred).  

  • Team-oriented, motivated, and safety-focused with a positive attitude.  

  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work across shifts.  

  • Strong attendance record and commitment to plant standards. 

  • Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures. 

  • Exhibit urgency during equipment downtime and resolve issues promptly. 

  • Communicate effectively and share relevant information across shifts. 

  • Take initiative to identify and implement process improvements. 

  • Continue building technical and leadership knowledge through training.
