Covered California is seeking a dynamic and detail-driven Supervisor I, Expo Facilities Supervisor, to oversee staff and manage critical facility and business support services at our Expo and Oakland locations. Under the general direction of the Supervisor II, this role is responsible for managing a team of professional, technical, and administrative staff, ensuring efficient facilities operations, security oversight, and mailroom services across multiple worksites. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate will:
Lead and supervise a team of professional, technical, and clerical staff providing business services and facilities management support.
Oversee facilities and business services operations, including space planning, equipment, supplies, and vendor coordination.
Manage facilities services and related logistical support to ensure timely and secure processing of materials.
Provide contract oversight for external service providers, including on-site security staff and facility maintenance vendors.
Salary:
SUPERVISOR I
$7,172.00 - $8,910.00

Qualifications We’re Looking For:
Experience in facilities management
Experience in contracts management.
Experience with electronic service ticket tracking and process improvement related to customer service.
Experience in data/metrics gathering and analysis.
Experience writing formal communications, procedures and reports related to Facilities and Administration.
Experience of managing facility projects.
Experience in writing communications.
Experience in developing others.
