Assistant Property Manager


Location: Export, PA 

Pay: $21.00+ per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

  • Compliance: Support HUD/Section 8 certifications and documentation.
  • Leasing: Handle inquiries, tours, and resident applications.
  • Operations: Assist with rent collection, bookkeeping, and unit inspections.
  • Resident Service: Provide professional, empathetic support to our community.

What You Bring

  • Experience: Section 8/HUD experience strongly preferred.
