About BODYBAR Pilates BODYBAR Pilates is a fast-growing boutique fitness franchise delivering dynamic, results-driven Pilates through our signature BODYBAR method. We're opening our Exton, PA studio at The Shops on Eagleview Boulevard — a high-traffic, high-income market with a built-in audience of health-conscious professionals and families. This is a brand-new studio with a clear membership opportunity, a proven franchise playbook, and direct owner involvement every step of the way.

The Role We're hiring a Studio Manager who will be the operational and cultural leader of BODYBAR Pilates Exton — from our pre-opening membership drive through our first year of growth. You'll build and lead a small sales team, own our membership targets, and create the kind of community that keeps members coming back and referring their friends.

This role is right for you if you're a sales-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, genuinely loves helping people commit to their health, and wants ownership over a studio's success from day one.

What You'll Own

  • Pre-opening membership sales campaign — you'll hit the ground running before doors open
  • Monthly revenue targets: memberships, retail, and member retention
  • Recruiting, training, and holding accountable a small front-desk sales team
  • Grassroots marketing: local events, partnerships, and community outreach
  • Day-to-day studio operations: scheduling, inventory, studio cleanliness, and member experience
  • Reporting on sales KPIs and adjusting tactics to hit targets
What You Bring

  • 2+ years of team leadership in a sales-driven environment
  • 3+ years in fitness, wellness, hospitality, luxury retail, or service sales with a documented track record of hitting targets
  • Strong lead generation instincts — you know how to fill a pipeline through events and relationships, not just walk-ins
  • Clear communicator in person, on the phone, and in writing
  • Comfortable with CRM/scheduling software (experience with Mindbody a plus)
  • Organized, reliable, and accountable — you follow through
