Job Summary

We are looking for an Entry-Level Prototype Press Operator to join our team. This is a great opportunity to start a career in manufacturing and learn how to operate press machines that form and shape metal parts. No prior experience is required — full training will be provided. You will work with experienced team members to help build prototype parts safely and accurately.

What You Will Do

  • Help run press machines to form metal parts (training provided)

  • Load and unload metal sheets or parts into the press

  • Assist with simple press setups and basic tooling changes

  • Measure and check parts for quality using simple tools like tape measures or calipers

  • Keep your work area clean and safe

  • Follow instructions from supervisors and engineers

  • Report any issues with parts or equipment

What We Are Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Interest in learning hands-on manufacturing or machine operation

  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully

  • Ability to read a tape measure and do basic math

  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Any experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or a shop environment

  • Trade school or technical class experience

  • Familiarity with hand tools or power tools

Work Environment

  • Prototype manufacturing shop

  • Exposure to noise, moving machines, and metal materials

  • Safety equipment (PPE) required: safety glasses

Training & Growth

We provide hands-on training and opportunities to grow into roles such as Press Operator II, Tooling Technician, or Manufacturing Technician.
