Janitorial Technician

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our manufacturing facility's common areas. This position is responsible for keeping employee spaces clean, organized, and sanitary. The primary focus will be on lunchrooms, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and other common areas.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors.
• Maintain lunchrooms and break rooms by cleaning tables, countertops, appliances, and floors.
• Empty trash and replace liners throughout offices and common areas.
• Dust and clean office furniture, windows, and high-touch surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum designated areas.
• Restock restroom and break room supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to management.
• Follow all company safety policies and cleaning procedures.
• Perform other general housekeeping duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• 40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday
