Now Hiring: Fixture Build Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Fixture Supervisor to join our team. The Fixture Supervisor will oversee fixture setup, maintenance, repairs, and day-to-day operations while leading a team of fixture technicians and operators.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, supervise, train, and support fixture technicians and operators.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fixtures.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for fixture operations and maintenance.
- Perform regular fixture inspections and audits to ensure safety, quality, and proper functionality.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to improve fixture designs, efficiency, and usability.
- Manage fixture components, supplies, and inventory to support production needs.
- Review operational data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate fixture setups with production teams and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of fixture maintenance, repairs, modifications, and inspections.
- Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous learning.
- Ensure team members follow established procedures, safety requirements, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lead a team, prioritize tasks, and respond effectively to changing production needs.
Physical & Work Environment
- Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and manufacturing equipment.
- Work environment may be moderate to loud.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to safely perform hands-on fixture-related tasks as required.
