We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our team and help care for our toddlers aged 18-24 months.

Job Description:

As an Assistant Teacher for toddlers, you will be responsible for assisting the lead teacher in creating a warm and engaging classroom environment. You will support daily activities, help with classroom management, and provide individual attention to children as they begin their early learning journey. The ideal candidate is patient, kind, and passionate about working with young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

  • Support the lead teacher in managing classroom routines and maintaining a positive, structured environment.

  • Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging social interaction, and helping with emotional regulation.

  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, sharing updates on the child’s progress and any concerns.

  • Support children during meals, nap time, and transitions.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom.

  • Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to provide high-quality care and learning experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children, particularly toddlers, is preferred.

  • A genuine love for children and a passion for early childhood education.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Patience, kindness, and empathy.

  • Must pass a background check and comply with health and safety regulations.
