Job Summary
The Director of Finance is the strategic financial leader for the organization, responsible for driving financial performance, overseeing FP&A activities, managing financial reporting, and supporting manufacturing operations. This role ensures timely and accurate financial statements, leads the budgeting and forecasting processes, and partners closely with operations, supply chain, and commercial leadership to provide deep financial insights that enable informed decision‑making.
The Director of Finance plays a critical role in business partnering, analyzing business trends, modeling future scenarios, optimizing manufacturing costs, and guiding capital allocation to support the company's long‑term growth and profitability.
