WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the Training Manager, you will support the Primrose School Franchising Company system by designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that equip Franchise Owners and School Leadership Teams with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully operate and lead their schools. This role serves as both a facilitator and learning partner, collaborating closely with Support Center business partners and the New School Support team to develop and deliver high-quality learning solutions that support learner engagement and operational excellence.
  • Facilitate engaging instructor-led training programs for Franchise Owners, School Leadership Teams, and staff through both in-person and virtual learning environments, creating interactive learning experiences that support participation, knowledge retention, and practical application.
  • Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led, virtual, blended, and microlearning solutions utilizing instructional design best practices and adult learning principles.
  • Manage and continuously improve training materials and learning assets, ensuring content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with operational, regulatory, and organizational updates.
  • Partner with subject matter experts, cross-functional business partners, and internal stakeholders to develop learner-centered content and support learning initiatives that align with operational priorities and business needs.
  • Support Franchise Owner and School Leadership Team learning programs and events, including new owner onboarding, transfer owner onboarding, leadership development, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Follow established Training & Development processes, standards, and quality expectations to ensure consistency across learning programs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, completion data, training metrics, and learner outcomes, implementing enhancements to improve program effectiveness and learner engagement.
  • Conduct onsite visits and training sessions at schools and regional locations to support training delivery, identify learning opportunities, and reinforce company standards and best practices.
  • Travel regionally and nationally as needed to support training delivery, stakeholder engagement, and business priorities.
 
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 
  • 3-5 years of experience designing and delivering training programs for adult learners in virtual and in-person environments. 
  • Experience creating learning materials and supporting training initiatives from development through delivery. 
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while delivering high-quality results. 
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills. 
  • Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with cross-functional partners. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. 
  • Ability to analyze feedback and training data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. 
  • Ability and willingness to travel regionally and nationally as needed.
